The Philippine Flag as Fashion Statement

Before the collezione polo shirts and FrancisM apparel became fashionable, Filipinos in the early 1900’s tried making dresses a bit more interesting - using the entire Philippine flag as silent protest over the American policy of banning the public display Philippine flag.
